Refund Policy

## 1. Subscription Models

Buddy offers two subscription models:
1. Weekly pay-as-you-go subscription, average Buddy reply is around 0.15 USD. Only available to invited users.
2. Monthly subscriptions at $19.99, $37.99 and $97 (subject to change) with message limits

## 2. Free Trial

Buddy offers a free trial period of 100 messages in a conversation.

## 3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider used (currently LemonSqueezy). We will communicate with these providers to process refunds as quickly as possible.

Refund for any given billing cycle is only applicable if you haven't used Buddy during that cycle. In other cases, we reserve the right to review your case and make a decision if you are eligible for a refund.

## 4. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact our support team at admin@buddy.fm. Please include your account information (tell us your account id that you can get by writing /myId to Buddy) and the reason for your refund request.

## 5. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription can be cancelled by writing /stop to Buddy.
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use Buddy until the end of the billing cycle if you have an unused message limit.

## 6. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain charges may be non-refundable, such as pay-as-you-go usage fees for messages already sent or received.

## 7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

## 8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through the Service.
