By accessing or using the Buddy chatbot ("Buddy" or "the Service") through Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

## 2. Description of Service

Buddy is an AI-powered chatbot that offers various types of advice, engages in conversations, performs internet searches, understands photos, and can understand and send voice messages. Buddy can also perform audio calls. Please note that Buddy is not a certified therapist or coach and does not provide health services.

## 3. Eligibility

Buddy is available worldwide. There are no specific age restrictions for using the Service. However, you must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws.

## 4. User Account

To use Buddy, you need to have a Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

## 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Buddy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

## 6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buddy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

## 7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Buddy immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You can terminate your use of the Service by sending the command "/stop" in the Telegram chat with Buddy.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buddy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms on our website or through the Service itself.
