1  |  Acceptance of Terms
Buddy is operated by Buddy.FM Ltd, Enterprise House, 2 Pass Street, Oldham, Manchester, United Kingdom, OL9 6HZ, Company No. 15883190 ("Buddy", "we", "us"). Contact: support@buddy.fm.

By starting a conversation with the Buddy chatbot on Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2  |  The Service
Buddy is an AI‑powered personal mentor and friend. It can chat, run web searches, analyse photos, exchange voice messages and join audio calls. Buddy is not a licensed therapist, medical professional or coach and the information it provides is for general purposes only.

3  |  Eligibility
The Service is available worldwide to anyone with legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to comply with applicable laws. If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4  |  Access via Telegram
Using the Service requires a Telegram account. You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5  |  Fees & Payments
5.1 Free & Paid Features. Basic use may be free; premium features or usage packs may be subject to fees described in‑app.
5.2 Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely by third‑party processors Stripe and Lemon Squeezy on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card details.
5.3 Billing. Prices are shown in the currency indicated before purchase and include taxes where required. Your purchase is complete once the payment processor confirms it.
5.4 Renewals & Cancellation. If a subscription renews automatically, you can cancel at any time in the billing portal linked in the chatbot or your receipt; access remains until the end of the paid period.
5.5 Refunds. We follow the refund policy displayed at checkout or required by law; contact support@buddy.fm for assistance.

6  |  Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Buddy to violate any law, harm others, transmit malware, infringe intellectual property or generate prohibited content (hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, etc.). We may suspend the Service for misuse.

7  |  Intellectual Property
The Service and all original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of Buddy FM and its licensors, protected by UK and international IP laws. You obtain no ownership rights by using the Service.

8  |  Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breaches of these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by sending /stop in the Telegram chat.

9  |  Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1 AI Disclaimer. Conversations with Buddy are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use your own judgment before acting on any information.
9.2 No Warranties. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

10  |  Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the chatbot or on buddy.fm at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11  |  Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by English law. Courts of Manchester, UK, have exclusive jurisdiction, save for mandatory consumer protection rules.
